"There's a dinner party at seven at Starlight Hotel. I heard the Darlene CEO would be there," Elizabeth started, drawing Zade's interest from the laptop.

"Hmmm… did we get an invite?" He asked.

"Yes. You need a date for the party as well because I will not be available tonight. I know I am supposed to assist you with the company and all, but my clients are giving my PA a hard time. They won't sign the proposal until they see me in person. You understand, don't you?" The worry on her face held hidden traces of guilt.

She didn't like abandoning Zade to handle everything on his own but the situation was beyond her control.

Zade sensed her worry and a reassuring smile touched his lips.

"You don't have to worry so much about me. The fact that you left your busy life to be here with me is more than enough sacrifice. I can handle things on my own," he told her.

"I know, but I should be here…"

"It's not your fault you're leaving. You have your dreams and life to control. I don't expect you
