Dinner

Zade opened the door to see his grandfather, uncle, and Elizabeth.

“Teddy!” Carter hugged him, nearly lifting him off the ground. “When I heard the news, I couldn't believe it. I had to come to see for myself!”

Zade laughed, “Where do you get all that energy from? I'm way taller than you.”

“Brat!” Carter smacked his arm. “You might be taller but you've grown skinny too. You must have really suffered.”

“That is one way to put it. Still doesn't change the fact that I'm taller, show some struggle please,” Zade said.

Elizabeth strolled in since Zade was engrossed with her father. She was looking forward to meeting Elsa. She never had the time to have a proper conversation with the lady.

Well, there was time but Elsa was avoiding Zade during that period.

After welcoming his uncle, Zade turned to his grandfather.

“Gramps, you came,” he said slowly. “Do you want to come in?’

“Is it more comfortable outside?” Zachary retorted, strolling in. “You returned and the place turned bluish.”
