Zion arrived in the office the next day. He was later than usual but he hoped his boss would pardon him and not question him about it.

It didn't go the way he planned because Elizabeth was already running late for a meeting but she had to wait for him to arrive.

“You're late! Again!” She stated.

“I'm sorry, boss,” he apologized meekly as always.

“You should stop apologizing and actually start doing something about it. Every day you come in late with your usual apology and today, even later. Do you even take this internship seriously?” She scolded him.
