"Why did you want us to meet?" Adera asked with zero interest in her voice.

"I believe we started on the wrong footing. I was hoping we could patch things up between us and probably help each other." Roselia told her.

Adera gave her a placid look.

"Who said I'm interested in whatever you have to offer? Look, I appreciate your effort to amend your mistakes, but I hold nothing against you. I'm just not interested in being friends with you."

Roselia smiled at Adera's words.

"You're only saying that because you don't know what I have to offer. Listen, there are a lot of things you could benefit from this alliance. Don't be stubborn, sweetheart," she persisted.

"I understand you feel that your boyfriend is rich enough to provide all you want but there are some lines that shouldn't be crossed. I believe we have come to the close of this meeting. Have a great day Miss Rose."
