Meanwhile, back in Jerry’s house, Cecilia sat with her nose in the air, a snide look on her face, her lips curled in hate and disgust as she glared at her ex-husband and simultaneously glanced around the room. She would forever be grateful that she left and divorced the pauper of an ex-husband who seemed to lack foresight and had the effrontery to insult her in the presence of the useless Adam. Arriving at the Bates Mansion, Logan, who was the driver, drove into the massive compound, and once again Louisa couldn't get over the splendour and beauty of it.
