The confrontation and tension between Adam and Lincoln increased, as Lincoln introduced his worthy and formidable fighters into the mix, increasing the stakes and tension.

From where he stood, Adam could feel Amber’s distress and it further increased his irritation and worry; the stakes were high right now, he wasn't only fighting for his life, but for his honour as well.

Clenching his fists tightly by his side, Adam glared at Lincoln, he was tired of all these people throwing their minions at him and not facing him themselves, as far as he was concerned, the logical thing to do was face your enemy personally by yourself, not having someone to do it for you,

With that in mind, he lifted his head and faced Lincoln while the five giants stood guard over him, a ready-to-kill look on their faces, Adam folded his arms across his chest and addressed his newest enemy,

“Tell me Lincoln, if you say you'll kill me or whatnot, why not do it yourself? Why do you send other people my way?”
