CHAPTER TWO HUNDRED & SEVENTY-THREE
Adam stood there for a while, lost in his thoughts, he wondered where this woman could have run into.

“She must have recognized me, that’s why she fled.” He thought to himself.

“I would definitely find her.”

He said as he began finding his way up the stairs, climbing up the stairs to the next floor and found a group of men sitting in what seemed to be a living room; It was a men’s club, he guessed, as they all seemed to be engaging in different conversations.

There were bottles of liquor hanging around and almost everyone had a glass of alcohol in their hand, at the extreme end, some of the men were gambling whilst others were playing chess and of course, prostitutes were hanging around. He recognized a couple of faces because the room was filled with some of the most elite men in the country.

He quickly brought out his phone to inform the general to let Lord Ledger know that he had arrived and decided to get a place to sit and wait,
