"Can I have everyone's attention please?” Lord Boulevard asked as he walked to the center of the room.

"Good evening, ladies and gentlemen, it gives me great pleasure to welcome each and every one of you to this special event. It's an honor to have you all here today, and we appreciate the time you have taken out of your busy schedules to attend.

At this point, I would like to announce that this establishment is not a property of the Boulevard empire, it belongs to Imo and Jasmine Chapman." Lord Boulevard said.
