Chapter 29 A Proud Man
"My daughter is beautiful yet naive. She can't see through your intentions for getting close to her, but I'm different. I'm a man.

"I understand what you're thinking, being a young man in his twenties."

Anthony Scott reached out, attempting to push the other person away. "We'll settle your matters later. Step aside for now."

The atmosphere in the room became tense after Anthony pushed the man twice, but the other person remained motionless, as if rooted to the spot.

Anthony chuckled in surprise. Young people were always stubborn. Unfortunately, he had no idea who was standing in front of him. Otherwise, he might have been scared out of his wits.

Just as he was about to push the person for the third time, Ashton swatted his hands.

"A scumbag like you, who abandons his wife and daughter, isn't qualified to point fingers at me."

As soon as he said that, the black-clad sunglasses-wearing bodyguards at the door burst through and surrounded Ashton.
