"Okay. Kill Alexander Barata!" said Narendra with a cold smile.

The young man named Setya answered haltingly, "Killing him, Sir?"

"Yes. How? Can you do it for me?" asked Alexander with an intimidating look.

Setya took a deep sip of her saliva. He even wet his lips with saliva because he was so nervous. He had just joined the Brawijaya Family for three months and he had never been ordered to kill someone. Even though he knew that one day he would be asked to kill someone, he didn't think that it would be Alexander Barata. He really never expected it.

With a look on his face that looked so sad, he replied, "But why him, Young Master?"

Narendra let out a lazy breath while Andri clicked his tongue impatiently. The man said with an annoyed expression, "You don't have the right to ask questions, Setya. Your job is only to kill people who are ordered to you."

"B-but, Sir-"

"If you can't do it, it doesn't matter. You can leave here as soon as possible," interrupted Narendra.

"N-no sir. Of course I wouldn't dare," said Andri. Narendra nodded, "Yeah, great. You're one of my best men, so don't try to disappoint me. You understand, right?" "Understood, Young Master," replied Andri who then asked permission to withdraw. He thought for a moment but then decided to ignore his co-worker, "Screw it. I'd better protect my own life." A few days later, Setya, who received the assignment, had planned all the best scenarios he could have. Before he left, Narendra suddenly approached him and said, "Good luck. There will be a big reward waiting for you here if you manage to kill him." "Yes, Young Master." Setya answered obediently and looked so ready to do it. "I'm leaving now, Young Master," said Setya to the young master and several of his other friends. "Don't try to run away! We put a tracker on your car. We'll know if you do anything suspicious. And your big head is definitely at stake. Do you understand?" Andri said coldly. "Okay," said Setya, who was start

"No, Dewa. No one should know about Young Master Glenn being alive," Fero said quickly. "So what?" asked Dewa, turning towards Fero who was staring at the television screen seriously. His eyes didn't move from the big screen. Glenn sat back down and listened to the two people's conversation without participating in it. He just kept quiet because now anxiety was overtaking him. "Alexander Barata was present at the funeral. You know that too, right? Who knows if Mr. Narendra spoke to him or made a deal with him?" Fero said still without looking up. Glenn of course did not believe it. He was very sure, Alexander Barata was not a traitor. He didn't have that trait in him. God shook his head, disapproving. He furrowed his brow," Alexander Barata is indeed a coward but I'm sure he's not a traitor.” Inwardly, Glenn agreed to Dewa's words. Fero finally turned his head, showing a half-irritated expression, “Master Alexander definitely doesn't dare to save Young Master. You said that you

"Shit. If I stay here, I won't know what they are talking about," said Dewa. However, he didn't have any openings to get closer as there wasn't a single barrier in front of the convenience store that could protect him. So Dewa chose to leave the convenience store and return to their rented house. "You're home so fast!" said Glenn as soon as he saw Dewa enter. Dewa replied, "There's nothing interesting around here." Glenn responded, "You think this is a tourist location so you can enjoy its beauty?" The man who had just taken off his baseball cap grinned broadly, "Well, who knew there was a pretty good city park, right?" Glenn Brawijaya just shook his head, couldn't believe what his friend was thinking. Suddenly he asked, "Glenn, when did you know Fero?" Glenn looked strangely at Dewa, "Why do you ask that?" Dewa shrugged his shoulders, "Just curious. You seem to really believe it." "Oh, I see. He worked for me after he finished school." Dewa asked again, "What did he do?" "

"Why did you do it?" asked Glenn, looking at Fero sharply. "Do what, Young Master?" Fero asked back. Glenn gritted his teeth, visibly holding back annoyance. "Don't beat around the bush, Fer. You know exactly what I mean." Fero glanced at the master and said quietly, "Young Master, God is definitely not on our side. We'll have a hard time if we stay with him." Glenn was about to reply but Fero preceded him by saying, "Everything is for your safety, Young Master. I hope you understand. I did everything for you." The man paused and thought even more. Suspicion was starting to creep up on him now. So many things made him suspicious of his personal assistant. However, he was not going to confront Fero directly and would have kept it under wraps first. "You're right. You're right," Glenn said then. Fero sighed with relief, so happy that Glenn agreed with him. "I hope you won't talk about the Gods anymore, Young Master. Instead, let's think about how we can get to Malaysia safely."

"Hey, wait a minute!" shouted one of the people who belonged to the group that Glenn didn't recognize. Glenn didn't want to cause suspicion in the eyes of those people, so he chose to stop walking. He didn't turn around and kept facing forward. "Raise your hands!" said the person standing right behind Glenn and pointing a gun at the back of Glenn's head. Glenn complied and the person turned Glenn around, examined Glenn's face and looked a little suspicious. Why did he look similar to Glenn Brawijaya's photo? thought that person. Glenn started to get on his guard and get ready to fight if it was necessary. The look in the man's eyes was clearly suspicious. The person spoke again in a deep voice, "Wait here and don't go anywhere!" The person no taller than Glenn had just turned around but suddenly someone appeared from behind the wall. The questioner had pointed his weapon at the person but the person with the red hoodie jacket was more agile and launched his shot and it hit the mi

"Jesus, Glenn. You don't even know at this point? You're so slow to think!" said God with a faint grin. He deliberately provoked Glenn's annoyance. For him, it was enough to amuse him. Glenn snorted loudly, very irritated. Gosh, if Dewa wasn't the one to save him, he would have strangled Dewa right then and there. "I really don't know!" Glenn said while gritting his teeth because of holding back anger. Dewa clicked his tongue, "Oh, my God. Okay, fine. So, here you go. Narendra is a person who seems in a hurry and doesn't care if his crimes are exposed even once. He's so calm and doesn't have too many tactics." Glenn nodded his head, agreeing with God's words. Dewa continued, "But this one looks calculating. Look at you in that all black outfit. It shows the real you. That man arranged everything in such a way, that we are not aware, Glenn. You understand?" The young man who was still wearing his thick glasses said, "Ah, I understand. Narendra is a fool but this man is a bit smart

"You'll find out later," the mysterious Dewa replied. Feeling that it was impossible for Dewa to give him an answer, Glenn decided not to ask anything more to someone he had considered as a friend. Even though there were so many questions bothering his mind, Glenn remained silent and didn't utter a word until they arrived at one of the provincial capitals in Indonesia. A big city that was the first time he visited, Surabaya. "Surabaya?" Glenn asked in surprise.Dewa nodded, "Yes. But this city is not our destination." "Then where?" "Unfortunately," replied Dewa. "Poor?" Glenn repeated. Dewa only smiled mysteriously, making Glenn even more curious. After arriving at the terminal, Dewa took Glenn to change buses that would take them to that destination city. "Come on, Glenn!" asked Dewa. Glenn got on the bus and waited while starting to wonder what kind of place they were going to. After nearly three hours of traveling, they got off near the side of the road. Glenn still manage

"Of course to seek pleasure," answered Dewa. Glenn rolled his eyes lazily and still waited for Dewa to continue his words. Realizing he was being awaited by Glenn, Dewa said quietly, "I met you by accident. And I don't even know you at all, Glenn." Glenn narrowed his eyes, looked at Dewa so thoroughly that he finally realized that his friend was not lying. Glenn said, "All right, that's enough." "Only that?" asked Dewa surprised. "Yeah, next time I'll ask. Where's my room, by the way?" "Hmm, there." "Take me there. I want to rest my body, which is about to fall off." Dewa sneered, "Hm, it turns out you're not as strong as I thought." "Don't talk too much, Dewa Airlangga!" Glenn said lazily. "Ready, Glenn Brawijaya!" Dewa replied no less lazy. *** "Are you sure you searched properly, Damar?" asked Alexander in his office at Barata Inc. "Yes, Master Alex. I've deployed my men all over the country." The young man then immediately pulled Glenn towards him and then took out a real knife which he had hidden in his coat pocket. Glenn of course never expected that to happen. He thought he had prepared for the worst, but in fact he still forgot something, so now he had to face Narendra's anger, which he shouldn't have to face. "Gosh, you really scared her," said Glenn, who couldn't sleep, let alone heard when the person in his room was still colotting as if he wasn't there. Clarita turned to the man who had opened her eyes fully. "Uncle, Uncle must be bothered by our voices huh?" Glenn smiled faintly and responded, "Ah, Clarita. You really are very sensitive, unlike your stupid father." Alexander was a bit offended but he let his best friend talk like that. "Are you really all right?" asked Dewa, there was anxiety that was so clearly visible in the eyes of Glenn's best friend. "Are you crazy or what? I just got shot in the stomach and you're telling me I'm okay? A gunshot wound can't possibly heal in just a few hours right?" grumbled Glenn. Alexander laughed grimacing listening to Glenn's babbling to Dewa, he was really very satisfied with Glenn's scolding. "Well, it seems because you have spoken coldly and sarcastically like That, you must be quite healthy. So now what? What do you want to do now?"

Narendra chuckled at his father with a disapproving look. The man didn't even cover up if maybe he thought his father was quite stupid for not really listening to the story properly. Narendra took a deep breath before responding, "Father, didn't you listen to my story well?" Satria was wide-eyed but he replied to his son's question, "Listen. The bullet missed slightly but hit Glenn. Right?" "Hm, that's true. He said the bullet hit Glenn's stomach and not his heart so maybe he's still alive or he could be dying. I don't know, I don't know. My men are still looking for him in all the hospitals in Jakarta. And I'm pretty sure he will be found soon," said Narendra so happy. Satria nodded in understanding. "If you have found him, what will you do with him?" Narendra narrowed his eyes, showing his father his devilish smile. "Father, do you still have to ask me what should I do now?" "Of course to finish him off. I will never let him live again. There will be no name 'Return of the He

Clarita actually didn't want to give up just like that but seeing the two grown men didn't want to continue their conversation regarding the issue of revenge, she couldn't ask anymore either. "Would you like a drink or maybe a snack?" Alexander offered. Clarita immediately shook her head. "How can I possibly eat in a situation like this? Come on Dad, I'm not a cold-blooded girl who doesn't care about situations and conditions." Alexander winced hearing his daughter's words that shook him so much. Dewa himself couldn't help laughing but he then kept insisting, "Want me to buy something? Either way you still have to eat here. You also

The bodyguard of course immediately replied, "No, Miss. Mr. Alexander asked you to stay at home and do nothing. Actually it was Mr. Alex who was attacked but Mr. Glenn came to save him so that Mr. Glenn was hit instead." "Yes, Miss. It's still very dangerous out there and we also don't know if the assailant will be looking for Miss because you are Mr. Alexander's only daughter and his only relative too.” Clarita shook her head firmly, “I want to see how my father is and also Uncle Glenn. Glenn who was sitting on the roof immediately stood up and said in a panicked tone, "Where are you?" "Ah, don't worry. I know. Hold on a minute!" Glenn said. Glenn immediately opened his app and ordered quickly, "Take Alexander!" Several of his men who were on alert immediately took their respective positions and Glen got into one of the cars. Meanwhile, Alexander was still being chased and was almost hit by a gunshot when one of the people in the left car fired a shot. Ken said anxiously, "Are you all right, sir?" "I'm fine. Narendra asked, "How did you know about this matter?" Arnold flashed a smile to his older brother. "It doesn't matter how I know but the fact that you know it too is enough to make me wonder." "What now?" asked Narendra lazily. "Still asking why? This makes us even more so that we don't have any rights over that treasure. Brother, we are not related by blood to the Glenn family. Can you just return everything that doesn't belong to you to Glenn? Don't you feel the slightest bit strange when you do anything to property that doesn't belong to you?" Let me solve it," said Narendra. Satria could only stay silent on the living room sofa, absorbing everything that was happening in his life. Suddenly he got up from his seat and walked towards a warehouse located outside the room. The shed was separated from the main house so he had to walk there alone and forbade all of Narendra's men to accompany him. As soon as he entered the warehouse, he immediately walked closer to an object covered by a large white cloth. Immediately he took the cloth covering a large frame. He then sat in front of the frame with a face that looked very, very tired. He began to monologue, "Bro, is this all your revenge for what I have done to your family?" He couldn't calm

"What are you talking about? Of course I like it," Clarita said, looking at her father with a surprised look. Alexander narrowed his eyes again and looked at his daughter with a confused look, "Wait a minute, kid. What I mean is liking like a woman likes a man. Like that. You're not like what I meant, right?" Clarita's eyes widened so perfectly after she heard her father's words. He was at a loss for words for a moment and then quickly replied to his father, "You mean, couple love? Oh my, Dad. Come on. I think of him as I think of Dad. He's just like my second parent."
