Chapter 29: Monsters Among Monsters: "A Surprising New World"

Kenki began to stand, coughing. He could barely open his eyes as he felt his broken ribs and bones around his body. He groans in pain while looking around. He saw countless giant rocks scattered on the floor, also realizing that there was a giant hole next to him.

"Ah, I got lucky that I didn't fall down there. But the abomination we're about to fight is no joke," Kenki thought menacingly as he gripped his right arm. Blood was dripping from the side of his head as he looked for Katsuki around but got a glance at him. Yet he only sees the dead four archers on the ground. Their blood was dripping on the floor, and all four of their heads were crushed by a giant rock. He was startled as he cleared his throat and heard someone grunting near him.

He immediately took a turn and saw Katsuki climbing up with his hands. He immediately approached him, grabbed him, and raised him up, catching his breath while realizing how lucky he was. They both lay down next to the cliff with a sigh of relief
