Chapter 134: Sibling Love

"Good morning, sis." Mary smiled widely, in front of the mirror, as her sister stirred in bed. "It's almost 11am, aren't you going to work, sleepyhead?"

Juliet's eyes fluttered open. She moved her hair away from her face and inhaled. "Are you okay?" Mary asked again, when her sister didn't respond.

"I'm fine." Juliet finally said, her voice coarse yet soft. She sat up, gently rubbing her eyes with the back of her palm.

"So, what are we doing today since you aren't going to work?"

"Well, I don't know. Maybe I'll just have some more rest. My boss literally have me the day off just for that."

"Oh! I see. That's nice, sleeping beauty." Mary hissed viciously.

"What was that about?" Juliet asked calmly, still unable to understand why Mary acted the way she did towards Robert. "I know you don't relate well with strange people, but why does it seem like you hate him? He didn't even do anything to you. I mean, you just met him."
