It was hard to explain why all he felt deep in his soul was that bit of confusion, he had tried to wonder why the man was speaking to him in the first place but looking into the eyes of the man all he had seen was someone broken, they must've been having a huge misunderstanding and that most definitely explained what this was all about at the Moment.
