CHAPTER SIXTY-NINE

Images blur in his mind as he stood by the window, it was Only the second time he had been in her room, and wasn't sexual.

How it all happened again played at the back of his mind, he had thought it was best for him to have the conversation in her room.

Logan gets a flashback —

At first, Josie who was still acting all weird after the letter had thought it was much better he stayed away from her room.

The two had gone all back and forth about the situation.

“What are you hiding, after all, it is my house."

Josie thought it through, if she didn't agree with whatever he was saying then most definitely it was easy for him to tell where that would end.

At that moment, she had agreed for them to discuss it in her room away from prying ears.

Was it a ploy for him to isolate her?

“I just want to ask about the pen, you do know well that it is missing." He said through gritted teeth.

“Are you saying I took it?"
