She could hear it all.

Energy, time, the split seconds. Everything, was like a dream but as reality hit her she oddly could Sense the truth. He was gone.

Was it karma?

As the minutes trickled slowly, the same was her pulse. Josie stood Right there staring at the broken lock, she dropped a tear and let it trickle.

She was lost for words, didn't Know what to say or how to start the entire conversation—

But who could have done this, she wasn't even sure of what to think.

She didn’t think she’d ever felt this worried about or maybe resentful regarding the situation, but she had that feeling that all of this meant worse was coming.

She wouldn't say she feared for the worst rather all it left in her was that feeling that seared with a bitter cutting flame.

“I don't know what to say honestly," Andre muttered.

“Then why didn't you stop them, you should've '' she cried more.

“We didn't realize it until after the fire."

Those words fell out of his lips calmly but it was st
