Martins rested his hand against the desk that Alex formerly occupied. This was not good for business. He was trying as hard as he could to debunk the rumor that the young master was in jail but he was having a hard time doing that. This was almost as if he was jumping from fire into Hades.

His phone rang and he already had an inkling as to who might be calling. When he stared at the face of the screen he sighed. It was Brielle. She had been worried sick and was pleading with him to make sure that her husband didn't stay so long in prison.

She didn't understand that it wasn't that easy to stop news that had spread across borders. There was only one person who could pardon Alex and withdraw the case but he was in a coma and that was not all, Brock had managed to vote his mother out of the board so this was a proper mess.
