Chapter hundred forty

“No Adrian. Get that out of your mind.” Adrian said to himself, and concentrated on driving off to the Governor’s office.

Soon, he got to the building where the Governor’s office was, and he dusted his suit, like there were specks of dust on it.

“Let’s do this.” He encouraged himself, and walked right into the building.

He was directed to the Governor’s secretary, and he didn’t have a hard time in finding out the secretary’s office as well.

“Good day, I am Adrian George, and I had contacted you earlier, regarding meeting with the Governor. I have already sent a mail, stating the reasons I need to see him, but I haven’t gotten a response, yet, and it’s quite urgent.”

“I’m sorry. But I’m not certain the Governor wants to see you. He didn’t show interest in your case which I presented to him.”

“No… It’s probably a mistake. I know that when he sees my mail, he would attend to it.”
