Chapter hundred two

The next day, Steve Wilson went to see the executive in the hospital. He had been unable to see him the previous evening because he was sleeping, and didn't want to interrupt his sleep.

The executive was sitting up, watching the news when Steve Wilson came in.

“Sir.” He said, trying to get to his feet, but Steve Wilson stopped him.

“How are you feeling?” Steve Wilson asked, and placed the fruits he got for him on the little table over his legs.

“I’m sorry. I…”

“You're sorry? That was none of your fault.” He said, trying to make him feel at rest.

“A reporter came by and saw me injured.” The executive said, feeling like he had made things worse.

“Oh yeah, that reporter? He came to threaten me.” Steve Wilson said, with a laugh.

“What? How dare he?” He spoke, with his brows, raised.

“Let him be. Just focus on your health.”
