Lately, Nicholas had noticed some kind of weird and funny movements from his dad,the way the man went In and out of the Starks Mansion, easily and most of the time he would leave alone without a guard which was actually rare for his father of all people to do. Sometimes old Greg would just go out with just a single guard , unlike before where he hardly leaves the Mansion at all. Another thing Nicholas had noticed was how his father had decided to detach himself from simple matters that involved Mason, which was unlike him. And this was beginning to raise suspicions from Nicholas.Although others might have not noticed this, Nicholas had, the head guard had noticed all this from his father, old Greg was his father so it was only right he watched over his father even if the relationship between the two wasn't all that close. Nicholas had been looking for a perfect timing to ask his father this question, but the head guard had been quite busy lately, the reason he hadn't asked his fat
Even with the fact that Mason had been on the streets before his life changed, he had never really heard of a place where a street fight like this was being held . Not like he was one who promoted fightings and violence anyway, he had always avoided violence, it was only after his life had changed he had seen that violence was something that was part of our daily life , and it was something that cannot be totally avoided, as no matter how one try , violence will always come to meet them wherever they are. Thanks to the trial room which had changed Mason's perspective of life, now he had the courage and at least was A Bit strong enough to protect himself. One thing he knew was that he would try as much as possible to get stronger. Hearing the rules of the game from this boy by his side who was still constantly cheering, Mason was shocked , although it was a relief that it wasn't a battle to the death, it was still dangerous for it to be that the opponent must be knocked out before o
Street fighting was something that was practiced in some certain neighborhoods around Burlington city and other cities in Freeland. Although it seemed illegal, the police were not really into hunting down those who made these practices, the only way the cops would truly be concerned or interested in a street fight is when the particular street fighting is not well organized. In most cases some street fighting would result in death, this was the only reason or only way the cops would totally get involved, bringing all those around or all those they could find in the vicinity into custody. Street fighting was a regular weekend activity in which the locals used whiling away time or rather catching their fun. Most of them had even used this as a means of making money, the participants or rather fighters would make money from each fight they won while the audience would even make bigger money from gambling, placing bets on which of the fighters would win and which would lose. Of course
With how complicated everything was,the Starks were actually at the center of it all, they had a traitor in their midst, one that had been known for passing personal information which was supposed to be for the ears of the Starks alone to the Phoenix. Another problem was the fact that the leader of the new group who had introduced themselves as the black bulls had insisted that Mason who was the leader of the Starks and Gabriel the Phoenix leader step down from their position. Whether the leader of the black bulls was planning to lead the two groups himself or he was planning to do something else entirely, no one really knew what his plans were. The leader of the black bulls had given the Starks and the Phoenix just a few days to announce that they had dropped their positions as leaders or else Aliyah who was in the custody of the black bulls would be eliminated. Aliyah was the perfect bait, the perfect tool in using to get these two leaders as she had a relationship with the two,
There are indeed different great fighters in the world , different type entirely, all have different unique techniques and traits, it was relatively hard to come across two set of fighters who actually fights the same, even if there are people out there who fights the same, there would always be something unique to one that the other doesn't have. The streetfights which Mason and his group had watched were awesome which had picked their interests so much, especially the fight between the two people which they were looking to recruit into their elite team. Actually they weren't looking to recruit the two as one out of the two had already agreed to join ,making him the first member of the elite group while the other was totally unaware of anything of such. When watching the fight, Mason had observed and took note of a lot of things. Of course he knew he himself needed to get stronger, the world wasn't a safe place and being weak would only make it harder for him to survive in it. Ab
After the gathering, the group had explained everything, all about their plans to Chris. But the man who was nicknamed the blade had bluntly refused to be part of any elite group. Chris had lived all his life in the street, he was born and brought up in the street. He had even lost both parents in the street, one of the main reasons Chris had decided that he would not be part of any elite group was because his parents had actually lost their lives during a battle between the Phoenix and the Starks back then in the past .Although on the outside the Phoenix and the Starks and also the rest of the great seven portray themselves as companies, they were actually more to them than just companies. More and more people are beginning to figure this out as time goes on. One of those people included Chris. After the demise of his parents, Chris had decided that he would look into the cause of their death. At first he had thought it was just a fight between two large secret groups and that hi
Normally, old Greg who was a father to Nicholas, was a type of person who cared less for certain things, one of them being his room. The old man wouldn't even bother locking his room or caring if there was anybody who would walk into his room unannounced. He usually didn't keep private stuff out in the open , he would always hide his personal stuff and also take the important stuff with him when going out, this was one of the reasons why the old man had less of a career .It was due to this carelessness, that Nicholas had been shocked to see a guard blocking his part upon arrival at his father's door . This was something that wouldn't usually happen, he had walked into his father's room in his absence a couple of times and never for once had he been restricted or obstructed by a guard who claimed to be stationed at the door post not to let anyone through the door. Why now of all times, why would his father suddenly care about his room? Was there something that the old man was hiding
Mason and the rest of his Crew which included Claire the red haired woman, Gibson the once leader of the Roland's Chris the newly recruited member of the elite sword one who was nicknamed blade and was said to be able to use the sharp objects which was actually where his name was originated from. Right now the group of four could be seen walking on a lonely road, one that was kinda lonely although there were few people walking around the place. Burlington city was a relatively large city , one that harbored a lot of people , Burlington city was even bigger than the Emirates City . And right now it was ruled by the Starks. The only member of the great seven who based in Burlington city was the Starks there by allowing them to claim the city as sometimes Burlington city was actually called the Starks city. As they walked through the street , they could see a few people all dressed casually, it was clear that this place wasn't like the street where they had found both Chris and Peter
