Chapter 29

In the cold evening weather, Kelvin got home feeling distressed. His eyes showed how stressful he was and needed to catch a break to keep himself in check. However, following the recent development, he knew there was no time to rest.

He needed to find out what was going on, and what Frank knew. Sitting on the balcony, he stared at the sky, wondering what he was thinking when he fell for Cara. He wasn't sure, and couldn't take Frank's words for a fact.

He left his seat and paced around a little. Over the past few days, he had been trying to call Cara Orlando via the contact she provided, but he couldn't reach her. He glanced at his wristwatch and sighed.

He picked up his cell phone and sent her a message asking for a date at the COBMENIR Hotel, the biggest hotel in Boston. After a few minutes, he got no reply. He dialed her contact, and as usual, there was no response.
