Kelvin sat on his balcony, he was alone, and boredom had taken over. His mind drifted off to the moment with Katherine, and he smiled. She was always fun to be with, and nothing had changed, despite their quarrel.

He felt that he still had a soft spot for her, and it didn't surprise him. He knew all along that it may never be possible to eradicate her from his mind. She was a vital part of him, and whenever he thought about her, he saw hope.

But yet, he wouldn't let her come too close. He never felt something different about her, even though they had divorced.

When he thought about what Pamela had said about poor communication and understanding, during his marriage with Katherine, he felt like one of them had changed. And even if they get back together, it wouldn't be the same.

"Kelvin, what's up bro?" Frank's loud voice roared from the sitting room, pulling him out of his thoughts. He was surprised, Frank was the last person he expected to get a visit from.

Be careful with her.” Connor Woodlock said while Kelvin widened his eyes in bewilderment. He was confused about the whole thing. “Hold on Grams, help me understand. Did you know that General Orlando was all these things you mentioned before arranging my marriage with Cara 3 years ago?" He asked, his gaze fixated on Connor, and Becca interrupted them.“We've all known that for a long time. The truth is that despite how the General behaves, this family has a lot to benefit from him. That was why your marriage to Cara was arranged in the first place.” She said, and Kelvin stared at her in silence. “Building a future with the General will make this family stronger than it already is. That was my goal. But at
