Chapter 164

Jesse and her sister got ready for work that morning and drove to their various offices. However, they were unaware of the vehicle following behind.

She soon got to the mall and the car continued to drive by without stopping. The lady innocently made her way to the mall where she bumped into Nick.

“Hi, Nick.” Jesse greeted him.

“Hi, Ma'am. You look stunning in this outfit of yours.” Nick admired her and she inspected herself before smiling warmly at him.

“Thank you.”

Jesse was putting on a pink pants suit, green purse and green heel shoes. She looked really elegant in her outfit and got some people turning their necks in her direction.

Stopping in her tracks, Jesse turned to Nick and asked him. “Have you seen Arthur this morning?”

The man smiled and shook his head. “No, I think he's yet to show up.”

Jesse chuckled and shook her head several times. “That young man doesn't know what it means to be punctual. He should be careful not to get himself in trouble.”
