Luckily for them, Amelia had successfully disarmed the bomb in the car and even if the bodyguard tried to detonate it it would not work.

"Listen, Amelia" James spoke in a hushed tone.

"Here's the plan, I am going to choose our car and once they realize the detonator is not working, you will get out of the car and rescue Alice, while I will take care of Friedrich and his man"

"Are you sure of this James, this sounds very dangerous, it seems this man will stop at nothing until he kills you"

James held her hand and reassured her"Just trust me, we will definitely survive this"

"Alright, I trust you," Amelia said taking a deep breath.

Friedrich was still counting dramatically "Ten... Nine... Eight..."

"Alright! I choose my car, just let Alice go"
