CHAPTER EIGHTY

With the wrapped package in hand, James walked back to his car, a genuine smile of satisfaction playing on his face.

The thought of his mother's upcoming birthday filled him with joy, and he couldn't wait to surprise her with the carefully chosen outfit. Eager to prepare for the celebration, he drove home, looking forward to making his mother's birthday a special and memorable occasion.

He made a call to the event planner, saxophonist and everything he had paid for never to disappoint him and be early.

Arriving home, James had kept everything he bought in his car.

He scurried inside after packing and found his matron, Maureen, in the living room.
