Amidst the hectic environment of the construction site, Lucas Drell's cell phone vibrated, signaling an incoming call. He excused himself from a chat with the project foreman and responded with a brusque but courteous "Hello."

The voice on the other end belonged to Alicia, Lucas's secretary—an efficient and organized lady who kept his calendar in control and, more often than not, urged him gently towards the social commitments he tended to overlook.

"Mr. Drell," Alicia started, her tone a combination of professionalism and kindness, "I hope your day is going well. I wanted to remind you of the end-of-the-year company celebration tonight. It's an elite event with invites solely provided to the city's top business executives. You wouldn't want to miss it."
