“Milton, when you said I should work, I didn’t expect you to think I did be at your beck and call. It is disrespectful of you. Furthermore, you know how much I cared for your mother. Unlike you who didn’t take yesterday seriously, some of us do. We needed yesterday to mourn Crystal.” Roger yelled.

Giving Milton no chance to respond, he continued, “you should have denied the invitation.

“You are drenching the Jacksons’ name in the mud. Making a low life like Mr. Stone to treat us the way he wants. I am sure he has been going around telling everywhere he invited you at the last minute like a pauper. Only for you to show up, not by yourself, but accompanied by us. What have you been doing?

“While we are at it, if you want to be disrespected by everyone, do it alone and not pull us all along. And if you have gotten stupider, you should remember I may not be Master Jackson but I am still your uncle.” Roger Jackson slapped his fist on the table, and the cutleries shook.
