Regal Needle was an extremely silent attack that Alveron had used to kill so many people over the years. It was an invisible attack because it was made out of air. Who could see an attack made of air coming? No one.

This was what Alveron believed as he swiftly thrust the sword just for a fraction of a second. His movement was meant to deceive Ulmer into thinking that he wasn’t going for a thrust, but then he had already launched an invisible attack. All he needed to achieve that was just a fraction of a second.

An invisible needle of air flew toward Ulmer without making any sound. There was no normal way for Ulmer to feel it, but he still moved his head out of the way.

Alveron wasn’t too surprised. “So you can see the things that are invisible to the naked eye.” His speed suddenly increased, and he horizontally swung his sword. “Accelerating Slash!”

It was perfectly aimed for Ulmer’s diaphragm so that Ulmer’s clone wouldn’t have enough time to dodge. An injury seemed inevitable.
