Ben and Ulmer together escorted Leeval and his friend to their home in a Land Rover. Ulmer was sitting in the middle, with Ben on one side and Leeval on the other.

Ulmer didn’t speak a word since he entered the car, and so Leeval had to start the conversation.

“You’re Ulmer, right?” Leeval asked. “I’m Leeval. I’m an investor, for now. What about you? Ben didn’t tell us where you’re working.”

“Oh, then how are you able to survive?” Leeval asked. “Doesn’t your parents stress you about getting a job?”

“My parents are dead,” Ulmer answered with a poker face.

“O-Oh, I’m so sorry to hear that,” Leeval said, despite knowing full well about Ulmer’s story because he had already done his research before coming into contact with Ulmer. “If you don’t have any job, then how about I recommend you to a good company?”
