“I-It’s him!” Lera pointed her finger at Ulmer and was taken a step back. “H-He’s the one!”

“Oh, to think he managed to come here by himself,” Elian briefly glanced at Ulmer but then looked at Lera. “Why are you moving backward? Didn’t I give you what you wanted? Go and bring him to his knees.”

Lera frowned.

She looked at Ulmer, and he was eating what seemed like raw coconut. He seemed to be very comfortable and not the least bit anxious.

He should have defeated the guards and butlers and maids of this estate before he arrived here, which meant that he had taken care of all those people very easily.

“This is the only food I thought I could trust and eat,” Ulmer voiced his mind. “I did see meat on my way here, but I had no idea if it was beef or human meat. I couldn’t bring myself to drink water, either. I was only able to grab a coconut because of the confidence that it grew up on the surface and wasn’t adulterated. Thankfully, it tastes sweet.
