For over ten seconds, Jason waited to hear a response from Rose, but she remained silent, her eyes saying a lot of things and her lips slightly separated from each other.

“You know you are going to have to talk to me, Rose. That’s the only way I am going to be able to know what is wrong with you.” Jason said calmly, still staring at Rose who sighed softly with her eyes looking at him.

“I miss her.” She said with a tone laced with so much despair, she blinked severally in order not to let out some of the tears that were gathered up in her eyes, ready to trickle down her face.

Jason sighed softly after confirming the reason behind Rose’s gloomy face. He had already figured that she had been thinking about her missing sister but wanted to be certain that he was correct.

“Listen to me, Rose…” He lifted Henry who was attempting to grab his phone from the table, and then he placed him on his shoulder, patting him on the back while he kept his eyes on Rose.
