While Jason drove back to the Villa, Rose was unable to take her eyes away from him while she maintained the evergreen smile on her face.

Jason didn’t realize that she had been staring at him until he decided to check if she was alright after realizing that she had been quiet ever since they went into the car.

“Are you okay, Rose?” He asked calmly before returning his eyes to the road, but after waiting for a few seconds without getting a response from her, he returned his gaze to her with an inquisitive look on his face.

“You were gone for a while, awkwardly quiet since we got into the car. I was asking if you were okay.”
