The Assistant manger turned towards Jason and observed him carefully from his hair down to his rickety sandals. He scoffed and frowned for a few seconds, then he smiled along to the thoughts that ran through his mind.

“This would be a perfect opportunity to get myself into the good book of the Walkers. Who knows, I could be considered for the position of the next Manager by the time Mr. Garry retires.” He thought to himself with a one sided smile.

Again he looked at Jason without saying a word for a few seconds. His eyes got stuck when they gazed upon the black card that was resting casually in Jason’s hand. He had never seen one before, only heard about it, and just like everyone else he didn’t think that Jason was going to be able to be the rightful owner of the black card.
