There were a few seconds of silence in the room while Lord Walker continued to look at his Grandson whose reaction was impossible to read. Harry nodded in agreement and walked out of the room while Jason and his Grandfather kept their eyes on him until he was out of sight. Jason sighed heavily after a few seconds, pulled the chair close to himself, and sat on it while his Grandfather kept his eyes on him with an expression that showed that he had a lot to tell him but didn’t know where to start. He stared at the screen without being certain of what to do. “Who could this be?” He thought to himself while the phone continued ringing. Shirley was silent for a while, but the men standing close to her knew that she was thinking of the right answer to give to them, so they didn’t mind waiting until she was ready to speak. Eventually, she figured out what to tell them, and sighed heavily before she spoke with a loud whisper, trying as much as she could to be audible enough. “There was this man, he came looking for my son a few weeks ago. He said he stole something from him, and that he was meant to pay back for it. I told him that my son was not home, but he said he knew where to find him. He left and never came back.” Shirley sniffled, suppressing the extra tears that tried to roll down her face from her eyes. “When my son came back, I tried to warn him about the strange man, but he never listens. I pleaded with him to go far away, but he is as stubborn as his father. A week later, some men came to the house and took us. They blindfolded us and took us to this beautiful house where there were a lot of guards.”

The waitress discovered that two men were walking toward her, and adjusting herself with a welcoming smile on her face, she greeted them warmly. “Hello, Sir. Welcome to Joe’s Café. Adjusting himself to get a more comfortable posture, Jason cleared his throat and sighed before he spoke with a voice that almost sounded like a whisper. “He has a son.” He said calmly, but his words were too heavy for the other men in the room to remain as calm as he was. The curtains were half closed, giving way to the rays that hit Brenda’s eyes while she groaned in her sleep.
