First Word

For a few seconds, the Butler was silent while Jason kept his eyes on him, waiting to get a response to his question.

Harry remained silent for a while, but Jason could tell from his countenance that it was really going to be difficult for him to give him a response, and even if he did, he wasn’t going to like the response.

“Harry? Say something.”

“I am truly sorry, Young Master. But I think it would be best you hear the response from your Grandfather. I hope you understand.” The Butler’s voice was very calm while he bowed halfway with his hands clasped in front of him.

Jason stared at him for a few seconds, and then he let out a soft smile which was followed by a nod.

“It’s fine, Harry. I totally understand.”

“Thank you for your understanding, Young Master.” Harry bowed again while Jason turned his face away from him to look at Lord Walker who had already fallen asleep, and his breath returned to normal.
