Just three Months

Lord Walker took another sip from his cup of coffee, and afterward, he dropped it on the saucer and cleared his throat to draw the attention of Jason who was staring at the door with a smile on his face.

“Whatever you are about to say, Grandpa, I don’t think I am interested…”

“But you haven’t even allowed me to talk, Jack.”

“That’s because I know what you are about to say.” Jason retorted with a tone laced with so much certainty while he looked at the old man with a smirk on his face.

Lord Walker sighed heavily, and then he pointed to the chair in front of him with his index finger.

“Take a seat, Jack.”

“Grandpa, not this topic again.”

“Just take a seat. I need you to listen to what I have to say. I am certain that it’s going to make sense to you. Just take a seat.” Lord Walker urged Jason with a bright smile on his face while his eyes showed signs of deep concern.
