The thoughts of the encounters Jason had with Stephen nestled in his mind as he drove away. He decided to go pay James a visit to the hospital, and as soon as he arrived, he walked into the ward where he met the other guard Ace who was seated in front of James.

As soon we Jason walked into the room, Ace turned around instantly, and stood up the moment he realized that it was Jason who walked into the room.

“Young Master.” He bowed.

“Hello, Ace.” Jason looked at James and realized that he was fast asleep.

“How is he?”

“He is fine, Young Master. He only complained of a little pain and the Doctor gave him something that knocked him out.” Ace responded and took a glance at James who groaned while he was still fast asleep.

Jason looked at him as well, and when he saw that he had taken the food and juice he asked for, he nodded in satisfaction.

“That’s alright, Ace. I will be on my way now. Please make sure he is okay, and if there is any emergency, call Harry, he will know wh

Turning toward the direction he heard the sound of the car from, Jason looked at once, expecting to see Brenda and Tricia, but it was a car that he recognized as soon as he set his eyes on it. It was one of the cars that the guards left with, and within a few seconds, another car drove in behind it. Harry and two other guards were inside. “She is not the one,” Jason grunted at once, and then he sighed heavily. He checked his phone again, but Brenda had not returned his calls. In less than a minute, Harry walked up to him, and as soon as he saw the look on his face, he decided to inquire why he looked disturbed, speaking with a voice a little above a whisper. “Young Master? Is everything alright?” Jason looked at the Butler who was still waiting patiently to hear what he was going to say, but no word was able to leave his mouth until he took in a deep breath and let it out slowly. “It’s Brenda. I came back home and she is gone.” “Oh.” Harry’s inquisitive expression changed

Henry saw his father as soon as Brenda turned him around, and he reached out to him at once, stretching to be carried. “Your son wants you, here you go!” Brenda handed Henry over to his father who carried him at once and dandled him gently while he giggled and cooed at the same time.“I should go make something to eat,” Brenda said as she stood up ge

He flipped it open at once and glanced through the first three pages before he turned to look at Declan who was also busy glancing at the documents in the file. “Mr. Coleman? He is demanding ten percent of the amount.” “Yes, Young Master. It seems they are going through a rough patch, and currently, they are being affected by the recession in the country.” Declan explained calmly, and Jason nodded with a smile on his face. “It also states here that they have an outstanding loan of five million dollars. I wonder how they are planning to repay this loan to the company.” “Well, one of the clauses in the contract he signed before taking the loan stated that he would have to make an additional payment of ten percent of the actual amount he borrowe

Slowly, he turned around and took three steps toward Jason who nodded the moment he saw him moving back to him with a look of defeat on his face. “I knew you were going to come back, Mr. Diaz. You are a very smart man, and I am certain you wouldn’t want to lose your father’s company because of your ego. Please, have a seat.” Jason pointed at one of the seats on the other side of the desk, and then he waited until Philip reluctantly sat down on the seat, unable to look him in the eyes. Seeing that Philip finally sat down, the Manager sighed softly and spoke to Ian with a low tone, still wondering what was the reason for the little drama between them. “Will you be needing anything el
