Jason had his eyes fixed on the Doctor while he attended to Lisa’s father. Lisa was nervous, but the fact that Jason had come to the rescue of her father’s situation gave her great reassurance. A few minutes later, the Doctor sent for a nurse making use of the telephone on the table beside her, and in less than a minute, one of the nurses appeared with a tray in her hands. Everyone remained silent amidst the tension that surrounded the air.
