140. Prison

Great braziers hanging from each of the sixteen travertine columns light up most of the throne hall and their light wraps the hall in a warm radiance. The paintings of vast landscapes on the bowed ceiling dance in the flickering light while statues look down upon the teak floor of this imposing hall.

A jade rug splits the entire room in half from the doors to the throne while winged banners with embellished borders decorate the walls. Between each banner hangs a small luster, a few of them have been lit and in turn illuminate the portraits of legendary creatures below them.
