504. To The Old World

Oblivious to the fight between two immortals, Rein entered the only inn of the village to wait for the portal to happen. As the only place that sold beverages, the inn was more of a pub where the villagers come to order some light dishes to go along with wine. Except for some daily gossip and stories of the hunters' encounters in the forest, there wasn't much anything interesting within the inn. 

Of course Rein ignored the rambles of the villagers and their curious gazes which followed his every move. Travelers were rare in this area and many people seem to be either wary or intrigued with him. Even if his garments made him appear to be an ordinary mortal, the closed community still tended to be guarded against foreigners. 

After he finished the food he ordered, Rein decided to go to his room and wait for tomorrow by refill
