131. The boxes of cigarette

Wades couldn't believe his ears, why did he think for a moment that Oscar would save him from the cops, even Oscar himself as big as he was was subjected to the law, so what difference did it make?

Without responding, the cops walked into the vicinity and saw Wade still on his knees, without any sort of violence, they walked up to him and placed the handcuffs on his wrist before lifting him off the ground.

As they took him to the police van, Wade couldn't take his eyes off the only man who he thought was going to help him out. Even though it was wrong, he still felt betrayed, and it showed in the way he stared at Oscar.
