99. Andrew's Misfortune

"I'll help you find out about Javier if he doesn't text you back, I have a lot of friends in the next town over who seemed to be at the party too," Andrew offered but again Blaire shook her head in refusal. She certainly didn't want to inconvenience Andrew just because of her concern for Javier which might have been a misunderstanding.

"No, there's no need, sir. He'll text me back later so you don't need to find out how he's doing over there," Blaire replied reluctantly as Andrew was so kind to her to offer to help.

But even without having to ask Andrew for help, Blaire would find out about Javier at the party and put her plan into action.

"It's already 9pm, shouldn't we leave now? You're done eating, right sir?" asked Blaire after looking at the clock in her hand and Andrew immediately nodded his head.

"You're right, we should go home now. It's getting late," Andrew replied. He raised one hand to call one of the waiters and one of them approached with the bill.
