16. New Father

After Floyd talked with his mother, he went out and kept walking on the side streets. It’s still early but the sun is not hot anymore. The car that sent Floyd to his mother’s house is slowly following him not too far from his back. Jude can’t leave his young master.

“What should I do now?” Floyd asked himself. He is lost again. He thought when he learned the truth from his mother he would be okay. But he is wrong. His mother has resentment towards his father. But his father has been true to her mother since then. Though he can’t do anything because he is young. ‘I should do something for them at least.’
