CHAPTER 394

After much thinking, Russell called Liam and told what happened in the hospital. Straight away, Liam sent a security unit, which safely escorted Russell to the Lynn estate.

Liam was waiting for him in the hall. After seeing Russell in bandages, Liam’s expression slightly changed. “You’ve done well to survive. Can you sit on the couch? We’ll have a little talk.”

“Sure, sir.” Russell sat down with effort.

Liam told the security guys to leave, and they walked out of the building and closed the doors.

“You’ve put your whole feet in a mire made out of cow dung, Russell,” Liam said calmly. “It’s an open secret that even small drug companies these days are not independent owners but are owned by bigger companies. So, only a few big companies have the say in the pharma industry. Those guys hold power world wide.”
