CHAPTER 560

As the fight between Roman and his clone became more intense, Roman heard a gunshot.

When he looked toward the source of the sound, he saw a bullet flying through his son’s head, and his blood splattering all over the computers behind him.

“ELSIN!” Roman shouted.

That momentary loss of concentration helped Roman’s clone dig his hand straight into Roman’s stomach. Still, Roman didn’t go down. He continued fighting his clone.

It didn’t look like a fight between humans. Both of them were moving very fast, and Russell couldn’t even see their hand movements.

Russell did think of trying to land a sneak attack with a bullet or two on Roman’s head just to make sure he killed the real enemy, but he wasn’t sure if the bullet would actually hit Roman or the clone. He had no idea why the clone was fighting Roman, but he didn’t want to mess with the things when things were clearing working in his favor.
