Epic 13

“Are you sure you don't want me to follow you to the station?”. I mumbled a little saddened as Mr Ken started dressing up.

“Maybe next time, today is not a good day for that”. He said while putting on his khaki-coloured belt.

“Next time then”. I muttered before he put on his cap and left.

“Make sure you don't open the door for anyone, I already have my pair”. He said and kissed me on my forehead before going.

Sometimes I wonder if he knows that I am already a grown-up.

I was as bored as hell, I moved from one edge of the room to the other, I even finished the pringles he left, and I even got tired of playing games with the tab that he bought for me.

“Mr. Ken is that you?”. I said with excitement as I ran to the corridor but saw one of the inspectors and another dark tall guy.

“Inspector John, what is he doing here”. I whispered confusedly.

“Are you sure no one is here?!”. The dark guy mumbled
