Laura's POV

Yesterday was awesome, I cooed as I took time in arranging my bed.

May was a relief, surprisingly she didn't take offense about me hoarding the pregnancy news. She seemed thrilled too. Getting married to someone who wanted her. She deserves the best. May's been a shy girl while growing up but suddenly she changed into a bold, confident, and accommodating lady. I guess she finally stood up against her parents. They were like mine, always after building their wealth even if it might trample on people's dreams and crush their self-esteem.

I glanced at my watch. 7:45 am. The doctor's appointment was by 10:00 am while the bride's maids were shopping by noon. I still had time to shuffle through my outfits. My stomach was already protruding. A little though. This was just two months today. I laughed.

Laura, you're going to be a great mum. Hopefully, Daniel would be back before then, I sighed.
