Unable to battle with his conscience, Clyde travels down to California, in hopes of explaining all that happened to Hayley.

"Are you sure this is the place?" Clyde asks Austin, looking at the restaurant in front of them.

"Yes... It is there she visits every evening to have an alone time to herself."

Clyde clears his throat and smoothened the invisible dust on his polo. "Here goes nothing." He muttered under his breath and walked in.

His breath hitched in his throat, as he froze, staring at the scene unfolding in front of him.

He had just came to California all for nothing.

Hayley was in John's arms, kissing him and oblivious to other people staring at them in the restaurant.

"You didn't tell me she had company." Clyde snaps at Austin.

"I... I didn't know..."

"That was your job to find out and yet you failed to do it properly!!"
