Jasper was angry. He assumed Kiran was playing tricks on him.

"Brash!" Jasper's eyes lit up.

"You used dark magic, didn't you? Let's confess, and let the Institute investigate!" Jasper is getting more and more blind.

The embarrassment when Kiran's fist was shrouded in an illusion made him accuse Kiran for no reason. Of course, this caused an uproar. The audience was already noisy, all whispering to each other talking about the dark magic conjecture that Jasper threw out.
