CHAPTER EIGHTY THREE

The doctor walked up to him, almost jogging to catch up. Leon turned to Hector and told him to wait a little at the car. He looked at the doctor who couldn't stare at him in the eyes.

"I knew you were familiar when you walked in but I couldn't place it," he said slowly, all the while, not meeting his eyes.

"I guess we will meet again," Leon said with a plain look on his face. He didn't hate the doctor for what he did, he understood that life was a little gray around the edges and people didn't really have to help him. He didn't have to be loved, all he had to do was save people and make sure no one trampled on him while at it.

"I'm sorry, I know the last time we met wasn't very pleasant," he said and looked at the car that was parked across the road, he nodded at it and asked, "So this is yours now?"

"It doesn't matter, I'm glad you didn't get arrested, it would have ruined your reputation," he said. The doctor nodded, "About the last time..." He started to say again but t
