CHAPTER HUNDRED NINE

Hector looked at the rearview mirror, keeping an eye on his boss and the lady in the backseat. He wondered what had changed Leon's mind and made him take the nasty lady in the car when just a few minutes back he was struggling to take out the vicious men.

"Are you going to the building where the messenger is?" Hector asked, looking at Felicia as he spoke.

"Yes, but don't worry, I'll not put you at risk," he assured his driver. Hector nodded although he had his own doubts about the lady.

"Why are you helping me? I just tried to rip you off everything that Xavier gave to you and yet you're heading to Gideon to help my son," she said, sounding stunned.

Leon's eyes were far from her, looking out at the old road as Hector drove down. "Gideon is a man that should be put behind bars, he has done a lot of havoc and he'll do more if he isn't stopped," he said.
